GENERAL

WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN/CHECK OUT? Check in time is at 2 pm or later.  Our office will accommodate your needs to best meet your stay with us. I’M ARRIVING LATE IN THE EVENING, CAN I STILL CHECK IN? Checking in at our site is rather easy.  We have staff available to assist you. CAN I CHECK IN EARLY? Early check in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.  If you are arriving very early, we recommend  reserving the night before in order to guarantee a room is ready for you upon arrival.  Otherwise, we can store luggage without rental cars who arrive early and cannot be checked in early. DO YOU HAVE FREE WIRELESS INTERNET? Yes, we have free wireless internet in all rooms.  DO YOU HAVE PARKING? Yes, each booked room includes one free parking spot.  Don’t worry, we have plenty of parking available for all rooms. IS THERE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING? Housekeeping takes place upon request of the customer.  When you check-in, staff will ask which type of serviced best suits customer. ARE ALL ROOMS NON-SMOKING? Yes, rooms are all non-smoking and no smoking is permitted near any rooms.  DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Please contact management for pet requirements.  IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED? Full breakfast is not available, but coffee and tea are available upon pre-order. DO YOU HAVE AN ON SITE GIFT SHOP? We have a gift shop that will provide items that you will enjoy..   CAN I TAKE THE TOWELS IN THE ROOM? Many customers enjoy the towels so much that they want to take them home.  We have them available in the gift shop but if you wish to take them with you, we can bill you for them. DO YOU PROVIDE A PICTURE WITH AN EAGLE SCENE? We provide a picture with Eagles which will be a nominal charge. WHAT AMENITIES DO YOU OFFER? We are a small cozy motel with Cable T.V., Microwave, and Refrigerator in rooms.  WHICH TOILETRIES DO YOU PROVIDE IN THE ROOM? We provide a soap for your room.  All other amenities are available in the gift shop. DO YOU HAVE A POOL? Sorry, we do not. 

RESERVATIONS

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? 72  hours  cancellation policy on reservations made.  For special events in the area, one month cancellation policy for any reservations made.  Remember we are a small facility and want to have you stay with us.  Please book early and also receive a discount. WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL? Reservation confirmations are emailed within 24 hours or sooner.  Same day reservations are confirmed within one hour of booking.  If more time has passed, please contact us. HOW DO I CHANGE MY RESERVATION? Most reservations are not prepaid.  Payment for reservation are made at check-in. IS MY RESERVATION PREPAID? No, your reservation is not prepaid.  Payment is taken upon arrival. DO YOU TAKE A DEPOSIT WHEN I MAKE A RESERVATION? No, payment is received upon arrival. DO YOU OFFER ROLL-AWAY BEDS, CRIBS, OR BABY COTS? We do not offer roll-away beds but you can bring a cot if you deserve.  There are no cribs or baby cots. DO YOU OFFER ANY ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS, SUCH AS AAA, APR, VETERANS, OR OTHER TRAVEL INDUSTRY DISCOUNTS? Our prices reflect the best prices that we can provide yet we also offer one additional discount from the listed groups and an additional discount for reservation made prior to the actual day of arrival.   As a small home-town business we like to accommodate our travelers and community alike.

DO YOU HAVE A GAS STATION CLOSE BY? The gas station is 0.3 miles away.  There is also a convenience store available. DO YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT IN THE AREA? We have a convenience store 0.3 miles away for all general needs when traveling.
